Trisha beauteously dreamt of making it bigger in B-town as her own competitors of South Indian film industry Asin, Genelia and Shriya had already topped the charts. But 'Too much is always too bad' – Trisha proves of this proverb as the actress has been involved in so many projects. The price she had pay for is losing some projects from the hand.

Soon after completing 'Khatta Meeta', Trisha immediately flew down to Venice shooting for 'Manmadhan Ambu' and apparently, the call sheet issues stopped her from taking part in the promotional activities of the Hindi film. Akshay Kumar usually follows the tactics of signing actresses for at least 3 of his films. Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Lara Dutta and many others can be regarded of this sort. But with Trisha's involvement with South Indian projects, she is unable to work with Akshay Kumar.

Gowtham Menon's Hindi remake of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya was supposed to feature her alongside Prateik Babbar and now she has reportedly replaced by another actress. Although buzzes are that Amy Jackson has been signed for the female lead role, it remains unconfirmed.

However, Trisha looks invigorated for the 3 Cheers of – Ajith Kumar's 'Mankatha', Kamal Haasan's 'Manmadhan Ambu' and Pawan Kalyan's 'Kushiga', a remake of Hindi movie Love Aaj Kal.
