More praise on ‘Mynaa’

Udhayanidhi Stalin is a happy man now. His decision to distribute 'Mynaa' along with Kalpathi S Aghoram's AGS Entertainment has been winning appreciations from various quarters, with the latest being the Censor officials.

Only recently at the audio launch event of the film, speakers including Kamal Hassan, R Parthiban and Bala among others lauded the young producer for coming forward to release such a 'quality film' despite having no big stars.

Responding to this, Udhayanidhi said, "There is no big film or small film. It's the audience who decide whether a movie is big or small only after its release. Everything depends on the story, the way it is narrated and the performance of actors".

And now, Censor officials who have watched 'Mynaa' have appreciated Udhayanidhi and the film's director Prabhu Solomon. "The officials were deeply touched and said that Mynaa will definitely find a place in the list of good films of Tamil cinema", sources say.

Newcomer Vidharth and Amala Paul play the lead roles. The movie has cinematography by M Sukumar and art direction by Vairabalan. "D Imman's numbers would be a plus for the movie", says Prabhu Solomon.
