Court summons Anushka on land dispute. The Bheemili Court has issued summons to Tollywood beauty Anushka on December 6 in connection with a land dispute. In the notice, the court had earlier directed Anushka to appear before the court on December 26.
Four years ago, Anushka purchased a property in Boyapalem, Madhurawada from a person named Bullireddy for Rs. 5 crores without knowing that the site actually belongs to an NRI named Lingmurthy.
Later, Lingmurthy filed a petition in the Court, claiming that the land belonged to him and it was sold to the actress without his knowledge. The Court issued summons to the actress several times, but she did not turn up for hearing so far. According to sources, actor Ravi Teja and director Rajamouli are also involved in this land dispute.
