Nil Gavani Selladhey: Suspense thriller
Nil Gavani Selladhey is a suspense thriller being produced and directed by Anand Chakaravarthy, who has also produced Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu. The film stars Dhaniska (of Peranmai and Maanja Velu fame) and Jagan (of Ayan fame) in lead roles. The film recently received an ‘A’ certificate from the Censor Board. However the director confirmed that the ‘A’ certificate was not for its explicit content but for the spine-chilling narration. Nil Gavani Selladhey is scheduled to hit theatres on December 17.
The movie revolves around Jo and her four friends who are having the time of their lives. The movie starts with Jo being bothered by a mysterious van stalking her. Amidst a lot of chaos and confusion Jo finally solves the mystery behind the van with the help of her friends. To celebrate the occasion the five friends leave on a road trip. In the middle of the trip and out of nowhere they run into a hitchhiker who seems to be in a life threatening situation. As they try to help her, things go wrong and they are trapped in a perilous situation. How they get out of it and who gets out of it forms the rest of the story.
