National award winner Prakashraj, who made his Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s Wanted, will reprise the character he played in Tamil superstar Suriya’s cop story Singam (2010) in its Hindi remake.
The Hindi remake will be directed by director-presenter-cinematographer Rohit Shetty and his best friend Ajay Devgn will be the hero (Suriya’s role). The Hindi remake will be produced by Reliance Big Pictures, which also co-produced the Tamil version. Singam was dubbed in Telugu as Yamudu.
