Having worked as associate with directors Jeyam Raja and Chimbu Devan, Yuvaraj makes his debut directorial with the film 'Patta Patti 50-50'. Touted to be a rom-com set in backdrops of village cricket match, the film features Indian team cricketer Sadagoppan Ramesh in lead role and debutant Harini stars opposite him in female lead role. The film is produced by AVR Talkies in collaboration with Flicker Studios.

The censor board officials passing 'U' certificate for the film have appreciated 'Patta Patti 50-50' as one of the best 3 clean entertainers of this year.

Says Yuvaraj: 'Censor board watched my movie and gave U certificate. They said my movie is one of the best 3 in this year among 150 films..im flying.. Waiting for the release in 2011…'
