Director Susindhran had made his debut as a director through the film Venilla Kabadi Kulu. After this he continued to direct Naan Mahan Alla.
Now he is directing the film Azhagar Saamiyin Kudhirai. There were comments that the climax of the Venilla Kabadi Kulu was not good and Naan Mahan Alla had lots of violence. But now director Susindhran says that in the film Azhagar Saamiyin Kudhirai, there will be no chance for any such comments like his earlier films. While speaking about his new film, he said," This film will fulfill all the people's expectations. In the first half there will be lots of comedy and in the second half their will be lots of emotions. Appu who had acted in Vennila Kabadi Kulu is doing the lead role while Saranya Mohan pairs with him. Apart from them we have made 60 new faces to act in this film. Ilayaraja has composed the music.
The songs have come out well and are similar to the songs of the film Kadhalukku Mariyadhai. We have shot the film in the hilly terrains of Bomminayakanpatti and Periyakulam. We have shot the sequences by mounting the cameras on the horse backs. I don't know whether I will get a film like this in future. I am very happy that I am directing this film. The film is to be released during the vacation period of April month."

After this film Susindhran will direct a film which will have Vikram in the lead role. Another added happy information is that Susindhran is soon going to become a father.
