Gautham Menon is always known for changing his plans on the spur of moment. Recently there was news about Karthik Kumar signed for a romantic entertainer that is to be produced by Gautham Menon himself under the banner of Photon Kathaas Factory. But now we hear that he has decided to make the film bilingually with Telugu actor Ram in lead roles.

It seems that Telugu film industry's most prominent producer Bellamkonda Suresh has joined hands with Gautham Menon's banner for producing this film.

Manoj Paramahamsa is likely to handle cinematography and A.R. Rahman will score music. Since Gautham Menon will start shooting for Hindi remake of 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya' by February, he wants to complete this project as a quickie.
