Siruthai gets U/A certificate

Karthi-Tamannaah starrer Siruthai, which has created a lot of buzz in the industry, has received an U/A certificate from the censor board with some cuts. Siruthai is directed by Tollywood film maker Shiva and K.E. Gnanavelraja of Studio Green is producing it. Siruthai is the remake of Telugu hit Vikramakudu starring Ravi Teja and Anushka. For the first time Karthi will play a dual role (a police officer and a thief) in the film. Tamannaah is the female lead. According to Karthi, he will be spewing punch dialouges for the first time in his career.
