The trailer of Siruthai gives a clear picture of Karthi's distinguished delineation as humorous 'Rocket Raja' and aggressive police officer 'Rathinavel Pandian IPS'. But again, the police character will have more humorous elements during second half and that's a bigger surprise that one can expect from the film.

When questioned on Karthi's inspiration for the police character, the actor openly confessed that he had persistently watched almost every actors' performance as cop including Salman Khan's 'Dabangg'. In fact, he adds that Sallu Bhai's humorous touch in this film will be evident with his characterization during second half.

Karthi is excited about the film's release as he is curious to know about audiences' feedback on his dual-act attempt at the very early stage of his career.
