Prabhu Deva's next directorial endeavor, love story Engeyum Kaadhal is being postponing continuously in the recent times.

As per the trade sources its known that the film has been postponed due to the world cup effect and will be releasing on March 25^th, 2011. Initially the film was set to release on the eve of Valentine's Day. The film stars Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles. The film carries a different love story and will be bringing all the commercial elements which are needed.

Kalpathi S. Aghoram of AGS entertainments is producing the film. Music is by Harris Jayaraj and already the numbers are rocking the charts.
