Nirzar Film Society, Nagarpur in collaboration with District Administration and Federation of Film Societies of India is hosting 2nd IFF Nagpur Film Festival. This year, the committee members have decided to focus into the Tamil Film Panorama with the screening of some of the best Tamil movies.

Much fascinated with the powerful dialogues of Kalainyar Karunanidhi in 'Illangyan'. The committee members have personally written letter to honorable CM to accept their invitation and attend the occasion for the felicitation ceremony on February 10, 2011.
