Tollywood’s Young Super Star Mahesh Babu is back in Tamil with ‘Bathra’. Nandhu (Athadu) was his last releasein Tamil and yeilded good profit at box office. Now his latest film ‘ Kaleja’ in telugu to be dubbed and released as Bathra in Tamil.The story of Bathra revolves around a buisness Tycoon who came to know about the precious Iridium minerals that are underneath in Rajasthan, Assam and Andhra villages. He subtles the news to media and people in the villages. He opens a plastic factory for the sake of excavating Iridium minerals. The plastic factory becomes a nightmare to the residents of village. The village people believes that God only can save them from the buisness man. Mahesh Babu travels to village and the situation gets changed. Villagers believe that he is the one to save them.
Anushka plays the lady love of Mahesh Babu. Prakash Raj and Kota Srinivasa Rao plays role of Business Man. The film is directed by Trivikram Srinivas and music by Manisharma
