India’s superstar Rajinikanth was in Bengaluru on Friday evening to watch Super starring Upendra, Nayantara and Tulip Joshi, produced by Rockline Venkatesh. He saw the film at Renukamba Digital theatre, 18th cross Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Upendra, Rockline Venkatesh, Munirathna and Kumar Bangarappa were also present. Rajinikanth appreciated the film saying he liked it very much. This should brighten the chances of the movie’s Telugu and Tamil versions, which are to be released next month. Rockline Venkatesh, who had planned for a big audio release of the Telugu version, chose to wait till the film completes 75 days run in the Karnataka. Rajni’s appreciation for Upendra’s efforts is sure to give a perfect platform for the launch of the Telugu and Tamil versions. Rajinikanth was impressed with the movie and appreciated Upendra, whom he described as one of the best directors in the film industry today. His words of appreciation are sure to reach the large community of his fans and also trade circles in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Rajinikanth also evinced interest in acting in a Kannada cinema, if the story, time and God permit.
