The court case for the custodial right of Vanitha Vijayakumar’s eldest son Vijay Sri Hari came up for hearing before the High Court Judge V Ramasubramanian.

The judge allowed Vanitha to meet with her son in a separate room at the court premises. During the meeting she was alleged too have hit her son because he refused to go with her. Vijay’s Sri Hari’s father Akash complained this to the judge and told him that the son is refusing to go with the mother. Akash pleaded the judge to give the custodial right to him.

On hearing this Judge posted the case for hearing on February 3rd and also added that he will be discussing the issue with a child psychiatrist.
