Those who had watched Gautham Vasudev Menon's films could have noticed one thing. That the walls of the protagonist's house would be white in colour. This was pointed out to the director at his recent interaction with college students.

"It's a pure coincidence. Even I too have not observed this fact so far. From now on, I will make sure that the walls of my hero's home are not in white," replied the filmmaker.

Realising the responsibility on his shoulders, Gautham told the audience, "I am happy that there are many who watch my films carefully. Of late I have been meeting such people."

When students complimented him for portraying women in a dignified manner in his films, Gautham said, "What I am today is because of my mother and sister. I have learnt a lot from both of them."
