The Tamilnadu elections along with World Cup made the filmmakers to reschedule their films for April month.

Many big banners have pushed their releases to April and May months as the Cricket mania and the elections fever gets wrapped up by this time. By following the same mantra, AGS Entertainments and R.S Infotainments of Engeyum Kadhal and KO respectively have planned to release their films only after April 13^th, 2011.

Engeyum Kadhal stars Jayam Ravi and Hansika in the lead roles while KO stars Jeeva and Karthika.

Harris Jayraj the music director for these films has posted in his social networking site this way "Due to elections Engeyum Kadhal and KO are releasing after April 13^th".
