Aarariro-2.75/5
Singers: Haricharan, Chorus
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
This number is an impressive melody rendered by Haricharan and stands as the best number in his career. His performance is outstanding while the music balances on strings and pianos. The might appear during an important point of the film and while listening itself one can imagine the song on a father who sings for his child. One of the best melodies in recent times. Don't think, Go for it………
Kadha Solla Poraen-2.75/5
Singers: Chiyaan Vikram, Shringa S
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
Kadha Solla Poraen will appeal kids as the track runs you can easily get the plot of song as it reveals a story narration between a father and his daughter. It's a chatty number and reminds us some earlier compositions. Vikram may appear in different get ups like an Emperor, King and Superman while narrating the story. Vikram sounds great and his vocal is completely different from Kanthaswamy. Shringa's vocal apt represents the kid's voice. GV's music is much appealing. It's your choice, but can go for it.
Vizhigalil Oru Vanavil- 3.5/5
Singers: Saindhavi
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
Music composer G.V. Prakash's sweetie Saindhavi has sung this song superbly. It's a dreamy, whispery melody number. Her tone just leaves us enthralled and a pleasant number in the album. This song features Vikram and Anushka and Nirav Shah visual treat will be an added essence. Don't even try to give a miss! Rewind….Rewind…..
Life is Beautiful- 2.75/5
Theme Music
This is the theme song of the film and is worth listening for its orchestration. This is just a one and half minute track and might have been used as the background score during vital scenes. GV's mesmerizing composition by using of strings, violins and whistle and the same tune is going over and again. Lovely listen……..
Jagada Thom-2.75/5
Singers: S.P. Balasubramaniam, Maya, Rajesh
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
Jagada Thom is a good number and kick starts with solo violin and is well orchestrated. SP Balu has presented the song very powerfully while Maya and Rajesh matched well with SPB's vocals. Lyrics deserve a special appreciation as they are very inspiring. GV has used much of guitars and snazzy sounds like the earlier songs. Good One! Will appeal after a couple of listens.
Vennilave- 3.5/5
Singers: G.V. Prakash
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
During the first listen itself you will get addicted to this number. We can't even know the time while listening. GV's style of crooning the song is very unique and this one will surely be a finest feather on his cap. He used very soft instruments like strings, guitar and rhythm box. One of the best songs in his career and one will fall in love with this number. Another melody in the album but is surely different from the rest.
Pa…Pa..Pa- 2.5/5
Singers: Chiyaan Vikram
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
Vikram strikes again rocking to the hearts and this number is all about a father's dreams of his baby who is going to take birth soon. He prepares himself to get all goodies for his baby and special gifts to his lovely wife. Vikram and Amala Paul might appear in this song. Muthukumar penned the lyrics in an innovative manner and many dialogues pop up during the song which brings some characters together. Once visuals are out the track will surely appeal everyone.
Final Verdict:
Deiva Thirumagan music stands outstanding and it is next best composition of music composer G.V. Prakash. He is given different tunes when compared to his earlier albums. If you give a repeat listen the songs will surely catch your attention and after that you can’t stop listening. After Aadukalam, GV did a splendid job and added next best album to his list. For those who expect regular kind of songs, this one might not be your choice.
