KO, the much awaited project of Jeeva got postponed for quite a number of times until now but now it is back with a fresh date of release. It has been confirmed by the filmmakers that the film appears on the silver screen from April 2nd, 2011.
The reason behind rescheduling the film for many times is the World Cup fever and TN Assembly Elections. Now being both of them getting cleared by this date and long weekend holiday being heading the team has finalized the above said date.
The film brings Jeeva in the role of a photo journalist and debutant Karthika as his love interest. Apart from them Piaa Bajpai, Ajmal and Prakash Raj are playing other pivotal roles. The film is simultaneously releasing in Telugu as Rangam and the audio launch of the Telugu version took place a couple of days ago in Hyderabad. The dubbing works are progressing on a faster pace and will get wrapped up by this week. Currently Jeeva and other cast are in Hyderabad for the dubbing sessions for the Telugu version Rangam.
Now it looks like the Tamil and Telugu versions will have a simultaneous release on April 22.
