The hottest happening of the season is cricket. Gautham Gambhir who made a great impact with his batting in the recent World Cup has not attracted the cricket buffs but also magnetized comedian Santhanam.

Latest it is heard that Santhanam is planning to do an act like Gautham Gambhir and currently the comedian is busy thinking on how to develop a comedy sequence based on cricket. The main reason for Santhanam coming out with this is an email sent by his friend.

Santhanam says "I don't even know the names of the new cricketers and also not ardent cricket buff". A friend of mine have recently forwarded me a mail with the picture of Indian cricketer Gautham Gambhir and mine and mentioned that we share a similarity in our profile shots. He also gave a suggestion to give arty for this concept in any of my movies. This is an interesting idea and will surely try this out".
