TheCinemanews.com has earlier reported that Bollywood beauty Sophie Choudary is going to perform a hot item number in Vishal's forthcoming film. The team has recently canned the sultry number on Vishal and Sophie in Chennai.

Prabhu Deva has turned as a choreographer for this peppy kuthu number mixed with western music composed by Vijay Antony. The song has come out outstandingly well and the entire team was very happy. These days it has become an unavoidable task for the filmmakers in Kollywood of bringing in an item number in the film as it adds an extra essence to the plot. The film is the remake of Telugu film Souryam with Gopichand and Anushka in the lead roles.

The shooting of the film is going on without any buzz in Chennai. Directed by Prabhu Deva, the film stars Vishal and Sameera Reddy in the lead roles. Nakshatra plays the role of Vishal's sister. Vishal's home production banner GK Film Corporation is producing the film.
