As a producer, distributor and actor Udhayanidhi Stalin always has one condition which he follows before committing any project. If this condition is fulfilled he will immediately say yes to any project and gives his nod for producing the film.
Udhayanidhi says "I follow a simple formula before committing any project. I don't prefer having any vulgarity in my films either visually or in dialogues uttered by the cast. My choice is always to make films which can be watched and enjoyed by entire family.
On his debut film Oru Kal Oru Kannadi Udhayanidhi says "I am just following director Rajesh and I am doing what my director wants me to do. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi is a simple and sweet story. The second schedule has started and as far as I am concerned things are taking shape well. Though my appa is busy with his political affairs he takes time to know latest happenings of my maiden project. I want to thank Suriya and Arya for their enormous support and encouragement."
