Vega who was praised for her performance in Saroja and Pasanga is all set to rock in Vaanam as a rock music artiste named Lasya.

Model-turned-actress Vega says "I loved the character Lasya very much and it is very close to my heart. All my directors are so kind to me and Vaanam director Krish joins the list now. I am not at all in a hurry to sign new projects. I always consider the story f the film and the importance of my character in the film, while signing a film. At present I am in discussions with few banners and will officially announce once I sign my next project. I am ready to do even glamour roles if the character demands".

Vega plays a vital role in Vaanam though she is seen in few scenes. Vaanam stars Simbu, Bharath, Anushka, Vega, Prakash Raj, Sonia Aggarwal and others.VTV Productions and Magic Box Pictures are jointly producing the film.
