Bubbly beauty Genelia joins the climax shoot of Velayudham. She is currently shooting with Vijay and director M Raja is taking extreme care of the climax.
Velayudham is an action entertainer which features Vijay in the role of a milkman while Hansika and Genelia will star as his love interests in the film. There is going to be a lot of sister sentiment and Saranya Mohan played the role of Vijay's sister in the film. Though many admit that Velayudham is the remake of Telugu hit film Azad but director Jayam Raja claims that it’s not a remake, but his own story. Currently the shooting is going on in Chennai and the schedule will wrap up by this month end.
Vijay Antony has crooned the music and is produced by V. Ravi Chandran's Aascar Films.
