Reigning South Indian actress Nayantara is likely to be the heroine opposite Bollywood hunk Salman Khan in the sequel to his 2009 Bollywood super hit Wanted, directed by Prabhu Deva.
The plans of the sequel (titled Wanted 2) were already announced by Salman and Prabhu Deva after Wanted became a huge success. But Prabhu got busy with his assignments down South, while Salman had Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard. However, according to sources, Salman is now keen to begin Wanted 2 once his ongoing projects end. Meanwhile, after staying away from the media and public functions quite for some time, Nayantara has resumed the shooting of her Telugu mythological film Sri Rama Rajyam in Hyderabad. She joined the sets on May 3 at Ramoji Rao Studio in Hyderabad.
