Rajinikanth is undoubtedly the king of the Indian box office! The actor’s health concerns are sending shock waves across millions of fans around the globe. But in spite of that, here comes good news!

Director Shankar is reportedly planning a sequel to Enthiran (Robot in Telugu and Hindi). Interestingly, Enthiran ended on a note where it gave scope for a sequel. The same team of Enthiran, including Rajinikanth, director Shankar, producer Sun Pictures, music director A.R. Rahman and cinematographer Rathnavelu are expected to be a part of the sequel. If all goes well, the project is expected to commence after Rajni completes Rana.

Enthiran (along with the Telugu and Hindi versions) has broken all records in India by earning a staggering Rs. 100 crores in its opening weekend, which includes overseas collections.
