Vijay's second film of the year and the most awaited film Velayudham's promos were aired on Jaya TV. The same day it was the poll result and the situation turned out to be much more exciting as the promos of Vijay's Velayudham have been out on small screens. All the eyes were glued to the small screens to know the poll results and the promos relieved the audiences from results tension.

The trailer gave a whole new experience of the film and opened with a foot-stomping beats of the title song. All the three female leads Genelia, Hansika, and Saranya Mohan were shown at a glimpse in the trailer and Vijay's performance is said to be awe struck. The entire 26 secs trailer looked like a Diwali pataka of the film.

Meanwhile there are many rumors milling in the tinsel town about the audio of Velayudham. Many confessed that the launch will be in July or June but latest we hear is that the audio launch is expected to happen on May 24^th. Let us wait and see whether this will be a confirmed date or not.
