Simbu's next project Vettai Mannan has started its second schedule. The film features Silambarasan and Jai co-starring lead roles while Neetu Chandra, Divya Parameshwaran and Santhanam play pivotal roles.

The team of Vettai Mannan has erected a huge set at Binny Mills in Chennai. Simbu and Jai are currently working on this schedule while Four hundred junior artistes are roped in for the shoot.

Vettai Mannan is said to be a action entertainer which is directed by debutant Nelson. STR is going to play a charming mass hero role in the film.

The technical team includes R. D. Rajasekhar for cinematography and Anthony Gonsalves for Editing. Vettai Mannan music and background score is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
