Yuvan is very excited about working with Venkat Prabhu and Ajith yet again in Mankatha. He has already given super hits for Cloud Nine (Paiya, Vaanam, Naan Mahaan Alla), Venkat Prabhu (Chennai 28, Saroja, Goa) and for Ajith (Dheena, Billa, Aegan). He said that ‘Vilaiyadu Mankatha’ is the first song he had composed for the movie. He added that it is a privilege to compose the score for ‘Thala’ Ajith’s 50th film.

Speaking about the single composed by Yuvan, Venkat Prabhu said that ‘Vilaiyadu Mankatha’ will be the youth anthem of the year and Yuvan is at his best for Ajith’s 50th film Mankatha. The song has been penned by Gangai Amaren and choreographed by Kalyan. It was shot at a club in Bangkok, with 250 extras and 50 dancers from Mumbai, Chennai and Bangkok. The album contains nine tracks all together, which includes a re-mix, theme music and a promo song. Venkat Prabhu is very confident that Mankatha will rock the charts with its music.
