The remuneration charged by the heroines changes from time to time depending on their hits and flops list apart from their glamour show and sex appeal. When compared to actors and actresses there is a lot of difference as actors are mostly restricted to their native territory while the actresses are universally accepted. The heroines those are ruling the South screens are now aiming at Bollywood as well. The remunerations given to them are also whopping up with huge figures.
The top in the list is Ileana who is said to be the highest paid actress in South as she charged Rs 1.5 crore for Shankar's Nanban. She initially demanded Rs 1.75 crore but Shankar has convinced her to reduce Rs 25lakhs. Leggy lass Anushka, the favourite actress of Kollywood and Tollywood is charging Rs 1 crore until now but now she has changed her rate card and demanding not less than Rs.1.5 crore per film in both these languages.
Trisha, the leading lady in both Tamil and Telugu, was getting Rs.1 crore till now but she is currently demanding nearly Rs 1.50 crore. Even Genelia, Tamannaah and Asin the second rung heroines are getting paid not less than Re.1 crore per film.
Next comes Deeksha Seth, Amala Paul, Oviya, Taapsee and Hansika are getting paid somewhere in between Rs.20-50 lakhs per film!
