Movie Launch
Billa 2 will be officially launched on July 14th, 2011 in Hyderabad. Director Chakri Toleti has done hunt for location in Hyderabad region and has zeroed never-ventured-before locales.
Shooting Schedules
The shoot starts on July 14th and will continue until November. Chakri Toleti is planning to wrap up the project as soon as possible as it has been already delayed to Ajith's prior film Mankatha.
Shooting Locations
The filmmakers have finalized the locations which were never ever seen for Billa 2. The locations finalized by director are Hyderabad, Pondicherry, Goa, Thailand and even Eastern Europe. So, Thala is all set to romance and perform action sequences in these locales.
Cast
Popular model Huma Qureshi will play David aka Billa’s love interest while the second heroine will be played by another popular model, Bruna Abdullah. Prabhu, Krishna Kumar, Rahman, Sudhanshu Pandey and others play pivotal roles.
Crew
The filmmaker has roped in Yuvan Shankar Raja to compose the music for the film. It is reported that cinematographer RD Rajashekar will handle the camera and Selva is handling Art Direction desk.
Audio & Film release:
Well the audio release of the film will be early next year while the film is expected to hit the screens sometime between February and April 2012. It is also known that the makers are in plans of releasing the film in April as a Tamil New Year special, but, nothing has been finalized yet.
