The TV channel can be named as Simbu TV or STR TV as per the sources. It is well known that he already owns a TV channel titled Kural TV which is named after his younger son Kuralarasan who is debuting as hero mostly next year in a film made entirely by his father T Rajendar. The groundwork is already completed to begin broadcasting the Television Channel.
In all circumstances Simbu TV or STR TV will be launched by November or December 2011. In this channel most of the programs will be hosted by Simbu's father Rajendar and even Simbu will appear regularly through interviews or some other special shows pertaining to his films.
