Taapsee, the fair-skinned actress, is busy doing a Telugu movie, for which she is currently stationed in Hyderabad, and a Bollywood movie, Chashme Buddoor with Siddharth.
The pretty actress was in the news that she had signed a Telugu movie that was a remake of Hindi hit Tanu Weds Manu, which features Madhavan and Kangna in lead roles.
It was rumoured comedian-turned-hero Sunil is donning the role of Madhavan and Taapsee reprising Kangna’s. Many top heroines rejected the offer of playing opposite Sunil, it is allegedly reported.
Taapsee is also rumoured that she was about to sign a Tamil flick with a leading actor in Tamil but when the Bollywood offer came her way she preferred Hindi to Tamil.
Her Vandhaan Vendraan with Jiiva has completed its shoot and to be released in theatres very soon. The film is directed by R Kannan.
