The advertisement was actually designed by STR's father T. Rajendar and he says "I felt that there is nothing wrong in thinking big. I always aimed big about my son and he is striving for achieving big. In this advertisement I mentioned that Simbu is budding as a star just like how MGR was in those days. I feel that STR has got all the traits to reach the heights of MGR".

Currently, Simbu is busy with the shoot of Osthi in Mysore which is being directed by Dharani. Simbu is busy with three projects for which he is working simultaneously.
