A few days ago there was a news citing that Sonam Kapoor plays the female lead in the film but the actress has trashed is by stating that she have not been offered any film in Kollywood. The latest buzz in tinsel town is that the team has approached Deepika Padukone for playing the female lead. It is well known that the actress is making her Kollywood debut with Rana but however we cant be sure whether Deepika gives her call sheets as she will be busy with Rana once Rajini is back on sets.

It is one of the most awaited combinations where all Vijay fans are waiting for a longtime. The film will be in a typical Murugadoss style of making and at the same time it will appeal Vijay fans. The film will move on to the floors once Vijay is through with his current projects Velayudham and Nanban. The director is also busy giving the final touches to his project Suriya starrer 7am Arivu.

Even Kamal Haasan is in plans of roping Deepika Padukone for his film Vishwaroopam. Let us wait and see to who will snap the call sheets of Deepika Padukone.
