Filmmaker Shankar is always known for choosing best voices for his female lead roles. In fact, most of his films have had heroines from Mumbai or North India. Precisely, he has been taking scrutinizing efforts over getting the right voices for them. Unlike others, Shankar makes sure that he finds the actresses with good command over Tamil to dub for the films.

It is worth mentioning that actress Kaniga dubbed for Shriya Charan in Superstar Rajnikanth’s ‘Sivaji – The Boss’. Now it’s Andrea Jeremiah, who’ll be dubbing for Ileana D’ Cruz in ‘Nanban’.

The dubbing works are going on simultaneously with accordance to the shooting as Shankar and producers are planning to release the film at the earliest by New Year.
