It was earlier announced that the film ‘Mayakkam Enna’ would be releasing on 18th of November. Now, the director of the film Selvaraghavan has postponed the release of the film to another date that is with a delay of 5 days to a week.
It means the film would see its release either on 23rd or 25th!

In his micro-blogging space the director has written the reason as, “A film maker is someone who looks after every ones interest. From the semester exams to the distributors”. Selva has also apologized for the delay saying, “Maximum delay is three to four days. Kindly forgive us”. If we go by dates then ‘Mayakkam Enna’ may clash with Simbhu’s ‘Osthi’, which is being planned to get scheduled around the same week!

‘Mayakkam Enna’ features Dhanush, Richa Gangopadhyay, Sunder Ram in the lead. G V Prakash Kumar has scored the music and Aum Productions in association with Gemini Film Circuit has produced the film.
