Aishwarya Dhanush is debuting as a director through the film 3. This film has Dhanush and Shruthi Haasan in the lead roles.

At this juncture there is news that Rajnikanth will make a special appearance in the film 3 for the sake of his affectionate daughter Aishwarya. After recovery of ill health, Rajni had flown to Mumbai to don a guest role in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra One. He will be donning the guest role in 3 because this film is being directed by his very affectionate daughter Aishwarya and also his son-in-law Dhanush and his close friend Kamal’s daughter Shruthi Haasan are donning the lead roles.
