Producer Council – FEFSI fight Intensifies day-by-day

 
The ongoing war between the Producers of Tamil cinema and the FEFSI union on the issue of workers' salary is getting intensified day-by-day with FEFSI now condemning Producers' Council (TFPC)'s decision of using outside workers for their film shoot.


The meeting convened by FEFSI yesterday has condemned the decision of Producers' council and sought an apology from the council for using bitter words on FEFSI. The key players of FEFSI Angamuthu Shanmugham, G Siva, Ramadurai, S P Jananathan and Ameer who are spearheading the cause of FEFSI came out with their statements condemning the producers. They also urged the Chief Minister to intervene and sort out the issues. They demanded the appointment of an IAS officer by the Government to steer on the film industry.

Earlier, on Monday the Tamil Film Producers' Council had made acid attacks on FEFSI and decided that shooting would commence with outside workers.
