Nayanthara still prefers to remain an enigma. At the 50-day function of Sri Ramarajyam, her Telugu hit, touted as her last release before wedding, the actress charmed everyone in Tollywood.

Everyone on the dais, her friends and the media had only one question to ask her- "Will Sri Ramarajyam be your last release?" But Nayan kept a studious silence like always. Remember that the actress has not signed any film for the last one year and speculations are rife that she will be tying the knot this year with Prabhu Deva.
In Tamil, her last film was Boss Engira Bhaskaran and she has not even made a single public appearance or given any sound bytes since then. She has been approached by directors like Rajesh, Lingusamy, Venkat Prabhu and AL Vijay for their films but Nayan has been politely refusing them.

Now filmmakers and producers in Andhra are trying their best to get Nayan to change her mind and do few good films.

Dasari Narayana Rao, SP Balasubramanyam, Nagarjuna and Dil Raju requested openly to Nayan to rethink her decision to quit films.

So will the actress change her mind? It's for time to tell.
