There has been a big rumour that the celebrity couple Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara are heading for a split after differences that has cropped up between them in recent days.

Recent reports say that the actress is unhappy about Prabhu Deva's attitude of not committing to her wishes and his concentration towards work and the kids from his first wife. Even after the repeated persuasion from the actress to get married soon, Prabhu Deva is non-committal due to his work pressure and other issues from his parents and family.

After the hi-profile divorce acquired by Prabhu Deva from his erstwhile wife it was said that the longtime lovers Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara were getting married before the end of last year. After the divorce the much publicized religion conversion of Nayanthara, from Christianity to Hinduism, it was confirmed that the couple was all set to marry soon. But, only time lapsed and nothing came about the marriage as the choreographer-actor-director went to foreign countries for his work and holiday with his kids only to irk the actress-in-waiting!

Nayanthara, who was saying that 'Ramarajyam' was her last movie in her career, took the industry by surprise by accepting a role opposite Nagarjuna in a new Telugu film. Prabhu Deva is now in Mumbai busy directing 'Rowdy Rathore', a Hindi film. So, what's happening in the relationship?

It is learnt that persons, especially Prakash Raj, who are very close to the couple are doing the mediation and working to aid the couple to come to good terms again and not to go for any drastic decision at this juncture.
