Though Amala Paul's career graph is on an upward swing post Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi, the chirpy girl, who shifted gears to the greener pastures of Tollywood, has hardly any films in Tamil.

The good news for fans of the Mynaa girl is that Ms. Paul is being considered for Jayam Ravi's next film Bhoologam that is being produced by Aascar Films.

The Peraanmai star plays a boxer in the film, which is to be directed by Kalyan Krishnan, a former assistant of Jananadhan. The director wanted Ravi to don a toned physique for the film, and according to sources, Ravi is hitting the gym every day.

Despite it being an action thriller, insiders reveal that Amala Paul is the first choice of the director and the production house.

Talks are on with the actress, who is busy with a couple of films in Telugu including one with Ram Charan Tej, and two films in Mollywood.

The shooting for Bhoologam is scheduled to commence somewhere in the end of April.
