‘Kochadaiyaan’ Telugu Rights Sold for a Very Big Price!

The Telugu rights of film 'Kochadaiyaan', it is reported, is sold for a whopping price, touted to be around Rs. 15 Crores!

    Banner Lakshmi Ganapathi Films has bought the rights of the film paying the above said amount. This is the company that bought Shankar's 'Anniyan' and released successfully with the title 'Aparichitudu'.
    And, it is also reported that the producer is now selling the film area wise to a higher price. If this is counted then the film would be fetching an amount that is higher than 23 Crores, sources in the industry trade say.
    'Kochadaiyaan' is touted to be released in 5 languages, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Japanese. Yes, the film is also being planned to see a release in Japan as dubbed version. Everyone knows that Rajini has a big fan following in Japan after his big success of 'Muthu' in Japan.
    'Kochadaiyaan' crew is now in London filming the major portions of the film. It is a 3D film made with Motion Capturing Technology.

 Soundarya R Ashwin is directing the film. A R Rahman scores music and Rajiv Menon cranks the camera.
