'Marina' was a perfect launch for TV host and actor Siva Karthikeyan and his acting in the film was highly appreciated by everyone.

Now, the actor has signed another film with Pandiraj's production house 'Pasanga Productions' that produced 'Marina'.

"The new film I'm doing with director Pandiraj is entirely different from mine in 'Marina'. The director has asked me to put some weight and I'm now on the job of increasing my body weight by eating a lot… like the character of Oviya in the film," smiles Siva Karthikeyan.

'Marina' was a lukewarm hit at the box-office though the film was critically appreciated for its content. Now, Pandiraj, who had earlier directed 'Pasanga' and 'Vamsam' wants his next to be a super hit movie like his debut movie 'Pasanga'.
