Tinsel town is abuzz with rumours that the gorgeous Nayanthara, who has made a comeback in style and signing biggie movies, has laid down two conditions if she is to play opposite her ex-beau Simbu — and that too, only if the script really required her to play the role.

The dusky babe has apparently been approached by Nick Arts Chakravarthy to play the female lead in a movie titled Vaalu, which has STR as the lead protagonist.


The actress reportedly demanded a whopping Rs 3 crores as her salary (which is unheard of for a south heroine).

Her second condition was that Simbu should not speak to her personally or come to her caravan area. Bold decision or a clever way of evading the contract?
