There is good news for STR fans as he is going ahead with Manmadhan 2. STR has penned the script himself and it is likely to be a sequel.

Rajiv Menon will be the cinematographer for this project. Work will commence once STR finishes work on pending projects like Poda Podi, Vaalu and Vettai Mannan.

Manmadhan was a Tamil romantic thriller with STR in double role. The film had Jyothika, Sindhu Tolani, Goundamani and Atul Kulkarni. Santhanam made his debut in this film in a supporting role.
