Translated into English as ‘First Information Report’ or FIR, the film is being directed by debutant director P. Rajagensan who sounds confident of the film’s good show in theatres.
“None of us know what might happen to us at the very next moment; life is so uncertain. We have taken a particular case and approached it from all possible angles. We deided to go for an entire cast of newcomers so that the viewers don’t feel tired of seeing the same faces again and again. We want the audiences to watch the film and appreciate its niceties,” says Ganesan.
Rayan and Kalpana Jayam is the debutant couple who make their debut in Tamil films with MTA. Mujeeb, one of the producers along with Suriyan, plays a significant role of an investigative cop in the film. Rehan J. Girish plays the baddie and has reportedly done a very good job at it. Ganesan, who had earlier penned the story and dialogues in the film Amma Appa Chellam produced by Suriyan, now graduates as director with MTA.
Chandrasekar is the editor while Ravi Raghav has scored the film’s music. Raja Parthipan is the cinematographer and Siva is the dance choreographer. The film is likely to release in a few weeks’ time from now.
