Saattai will be released on September 19th, confirmed the film's music director D Imman. The film stars director Samuthirakani in the lead role and is produced by director Prabhu Solomon under his banner Shalom Film.
Saattai is about school children and how their lives should be chiseled out at very early stages so that they can turn out to be good citizens later in life. Samuthirakani plays the school teacher in this flick with newbie Yuvan also included in the star cast along with the National Award winner Thambi Ramaiyya.

Prabhu Solomon's assistant M Anbazhagan will be making his debut as director with Saattai.
