Suriya, who is gearing for the grand release of his KV Anand directed Maatran on Oct 12^th worldwide with Kajal Agarwal as his love lead, is all set to kick-start his first sequel Singam 2 from this Sep 26^th.

Director of Singam, Hari is all set to wield the camera for this sequel too under the production of Studio Greens banner. Devi Sri Prasad has already started composing the music scores for the audio album of Singam 2, which will start rolling from this 26^th in Thoothukudi and the shoot starts with the filming of a mass number on Suriya.

Brothers', Telugu version of Maatran, will join Hari for the photoshoot of Singam 2 in the coming week, followed by the movie shooting on 26^th Sep. Hansika will be playing the female lead for Suriya in Singam 2 while Anushka will be seen in a cameo role along with the complete cast and crew of Singam joining hands once again for this sequel too.
