Looks like Dhanush is taking his role as a producer seriously, and is actively involving himself in his ventures. The shooting for his debut production venture, Ethir Neechal, is currently on in the outskirts of Chennai. And the buzz is that Dhanush has written two songs, in his own inimitable style, for this flick.

He has also roped in Aadukalam cinematographer Velraj for this Sivakarthikeyan-Priya Anand-starrer. Durai, a former assistant to Balu Mahendra and Vetri Maaran, has written the story, screenplay and dialogues. We hear the actor is also open to introduce more fresh talents through his other ventures.
